The biggest obsssion of my life (so far)
Yelp! I am going crazy planning our wedding. We have only had it booked for a month and I do have a lot accomplished. But there is so much left to do….and I am obsessing over every detail which is proving to be a recipe for insanity. I have transitioned into the most challenging portion of my “30 short day detox” program, the juice fast.
The detox protocol encourages a (minimum) 3 day juice fast where you are permitted to drink freshly juiced vegetables, coconut water and kamut. While they provide 3 days as a baseline, you are encouraged to fast for up to 7 days.
